Best gym in the area hands down. Worth every penny, as the equipment is top notch, staff is helpful, and the community is motivating. Have tried multiple/bigger gyms in Lynchburg and stuck with EF for the last 2 years, wishing I had found it earlier. Sadly, I moved away but payment and membership cancellation was smooth and quick.

Great atmosphere and lots of people willing to help and learn from. If you're a serious lifter, bodybuilder, or powerlifter, this is your new home. The equipment is top-notch and the staff is very friendly. 24/7 access is amazing.

The nicest gym in Lynchburg by a long shot. Has more than enough equipment for all weight lifting needs, and various options for each movement/targeted muscle group. Staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful, as some of these machines are very unfamiliar and can be a bit complicated at first glance. Overall, highly recommend, worth the price, not to mention access anytime. Couldn't go wrong purchasing a membership here!

I came here as a travel nurse to Lynchburg and found this gem of a place. It's literally the best gym I've ever been to in my life and I'm sad that they don't have more around the country. It has so many various types of equipment, machines, weights, cables, many power racks, even a power lifting area, and tons of various cardio equipment. Massive amount of space so you never feel crowded even during busier times and everyone I've interacted with, staff included, has been super cool and non-judgmental. Whether you're a first timer, have years of experience, young, old, or anything in between, I would absolutely recommend going here!

I recently switched to Elite Fitness from another gym and couldn’t be happier. What sets this gym apart from others is the modern aesthetic, the many machines they offer and the quantity of them. It’s really nice that there’s enough machines there for several people to workout the same muscle without having to wait. There’s many machines that other places do not offer, so it’s too a learning process that ensures you’ll meet your goals quicker! It’s incredibly clean, which is a huge plus. They offer smoothies/shakes which also is really convenient and different than other places. For what all they offer, you really cannot beat their price. Another thing is the music they play is actually working out music which is nice when you forget your headphones or don’t want to wear them! It’s a no brainer this is nicest gym around.
